Dear Teacher
Many thanks for your application to become a European Homestay Tutor.
If you are reading this then you have completeted all 6 parts of the application form.  
As long as you have satisfied our minimum requirements we will advertise you on our website but can only confirm students subject to finalising your application by following the instructions on this page.
So please read the information below so that we can confirm your student bookings.

We require two references in order to process your application:
Professional and Personal
In parts 5 and 6 of the application form you will have filled in  the details of your referees. Now that you have done this we would  like to you to send the following links to your referees so that they can fill out our reference form and send the reference to us by clicking submit at the bottom of the form.  There is a diferent form for the two types of references.

When you email your referees just copy and paste the above links to your referees explaining that they need to complete the form to send us your reference.
The  forms will automatically be submitted to us but if your referees want to send any additional information to us then these are the following emails:

Please get your referees to confirm to you that they have sent off the references so that we don’t have to chase them up. Your cooperation  is greatly appreciated.

All the above  forms  can be navigated to using the navigation buttons at the top of the page under the teacher area. Please take note that there is also an AVAILABILITY UPDATE FORM to fill in as your availability changes.

Now we need to get you on our books and advertise you on our website to give you greater visibility.

We will process your application in the shortest time possible and get in touch with you with a view to a home visit and telephone interview or home visit and interview combined once we have a student for you.  

In the meantime if you could complete the interview form  this will speed up the process and your answers will be discussed in a telephone conversation and/or during your home visit.

Please download the pdf copy of the teacher agreement, print it and sign after having read the document.  You can send it to us when you complete the Teacher check list form mentioned below by scanning the document and attaching it to the form.

If you have already completed this form in your  initial application there is no need to  complete this Teacher Database Form  again.

All this information will be uploaded to the website for the prospective student thereby giving you more visibility.
